Yes. ODM support can include engineering evaluation, battery structure planning, housing development, pack assembly, testing coordination and a sampling workflow before production.

MOQ depends on the battery platform, cell configuration, housing requirement and customization level. Existing platforms usually require a lower MOQ than fully customized tooling projects.
Yes. Housing and appearance customization are available. Our parent company specializes in mold development and injection molding, allowing us to shorten development lead times and optimize tooling costs compared with conventional outsourcing approaches. For qualified production volumes, part of the tooling investment may be offset against future purchase orders, subject to project evaluation.
Voltage support is project based. Common projects include e-bike, motorcycle, energy storage and industrial battery packs using 18650 or 21700 cell platforms.

Our process typically includes engineering design, drawing review, preliminary BOM preparation, material procurement, first sample build, functional testing, sample evaluation, completion of all samples and testing, test report issuance, and internal archiving of review records and sample test reports. These records can be provided with shipments when applicable.
Yes. BMS selection can be reviewed according to voltage, current, protection requirements, communication needs and final application environment.
Customer-specified cell requirements can be reviewed during project evaluation. Final selection depends on availability, safety, performance and project suitability.
